Professional Marriage Proposal Planning

You’ve picked out the ring — now what?

It’s time to figure out how to “pop the question,” and I’m here to help! I’m a professional marriage proposal planner and photographer based in the mountains of Colorado, near Breckenridge and Vail. I work closely with each client to design a one-of-a-kind proposal experience that reflects your relationship and story.

Because surprise is everything, I take discretion seriously. From our very first conversation, I’ll coordinate with you in a way that ensures your partner never suspects a thing. Whether it’s secret communication, careful timing, or blending into the background with my camera, I’ve got it covered. With my local insight and strategic planning, I’ll help you pull off the perfect moment — beautifully and seamlessly.

So how does this work?

Step 1 - Initial Phone Call

Do you know the answer to the question you want to ask?

This might sound obvious to some but like a good lawyer, you don’t ask questions that you don’t already know the answer to.

This is going to be the first question I will be asking you on our initial phone call. Talking on the phone gives both of us the opportunity to interview each other. You need to determine if you have the confidence in me that I can help you make your marriage proposal everything that you have in your mind’s eye. This call also let’s me determine if I can meet your expectations.

Step 2 - Time to scout locations

Do you want this to be a romantic proposal or adventurous?

You should have a good understanding if your better half is more suited for a high alpine snowmobile excursion to the peaks above 12,000′ or more comfortable being tucked under a blanket in a one horse open sleigh. During our initial phone call I will be asking you many questions to help get the best picture of what you want for your surprise proposal.

Once we have come up with a workable plan I get out on the trail and scout your location(s). I send you scout photos so you can decide if what I see is where you want to “pop the question”

Step 3 - Execution of our plan

It is game time!

All of our preparation has been completed.

You arrive at your location, take a deep breath, drop to one knee, and ask for their hand in marriage. Some tears fall. My camera is clicking away capturing every moment.

Then everyone smiles for the camera as you reveal you had this whole thing planned all the way down to hiring a hidden photographer to capture everyone’s reactions!

Step 5 - Processing images and delivery

This is all on me

After we have parted ways, and you and your now fiancé are basking in the moment, I am back at my office processing your images. I will be delivering everything to you that same day. I use an online gallery to deliver your images right now you. I don't go to bed until I have delivered your images and I know you have seen them.

Below are a few examples of what a delivered gallery looks like.

That's my process!

Would you like to begin the process? Let us setup the initial phone call. I try to keep things simple for you. I hear your thoughts, I ask questions, and I give you plenty of things to think about. We talk on the phone to get a feel for each other. It is a two-way interview. I need to know that I am able to help you with your vision, and you need to know that you are confident that I can do that.
